"Suddenly losing my husband was the hardest thing that I’ve ever had to deal with and I struggle to think of a tougher time to lose him than right now, in the midst of the Corona virus public health emergency. Thank God for Warwick, Joan and Ross Binney of Binney Family Funerals. As Lismore locals, they knew Ross and myself. I didn’t have to explain every little point and detail – they understand the kind of people we are, what type of ceremony was the right fit. Being a family-run business, they understood the importance of ‘family’ to me. Binney’s had the professional experience to organise a smoothly-run celebration of Ross’ life. But they really gave me so much more. There were so many caring and the kind touches ‘behind the scenes’ that made a world of difference at a time like this. With the current restrictions on the number of people that can attend a funeral, Binney Family Funerals organised a video link so that our family and friends, not able to be there in person, could still join in to strengthen us as we farewelled Ross. From Warwick calling me to let me know he had Ross in his care to Joan coming to sit with me before the service commenced when my sons went out of the room briefly to text the video link details to our extended network – my experience of Binney Family Funerals has been professional, compassionate, understanding and so, so caring. Sincere thanks from the family of Ross Hayes "
