Cherished Twin Brother & brother-in-law of Donald & Ann (Both Dec’d) and brother & brother-in-law to Dorothy Osborne, Margaret & Gordon Starkey, and Elaine Anderson (Dec’d) Neil (Dec’d) & Marlene Flanagan and Esther Clarson.
